Rising Sun-Lebanon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kent County, Delaware, United States. It is part of the Dover, Delaware Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 3,391 at the 2010 census. Rising Sun-Lebanon is located at 39°6′4″N 75°30′23″W (39.101229, -75.506290). According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.6 square miles (9.2 km²), of which, 3.4 square miles (8.8 km²) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.4 km²) of it (4.76%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2,458 people, 829 households, and 669 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 724.3 people per square mile (280.0/km²). There were 940 housing units at an average density of 277.0 per square mile (107.1/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 75.71% White, 15.58% African American, 0.49% Native American, 2.36% Asian, 2.56% from other races, and 3.30% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 5.94% of the population.

There were 829 households out of which 49.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.4% were married couples living together, 12.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.2% were non-families. 14.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.97 and the average family size was 3.29.
